• 1. Promotion Period: The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 14 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 6 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
• 2. Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate; and
  • Immediate family members of such employees
  • are ineligible to enter.
• 3. Method of Entry: To enter, eligible entrants must during the Promotion Period:
  • Complete and submit the online entry form;
  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions; and
  • Consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter and remain subscribed at the time of the draw.
  Entry is free and no purchase is required.
• 4. Maximum Number of Entries: A limit of one (1) entry per person applies.
• 5. Prize Details:
  • One (1) prize: a twin-share cabin (for two people) on the Maldives Dhoni Cruise;
  • Total prize value: AUD $6,980;
  • Travel dates: 23 November 2026 – 30 November 2026;

  The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• 6. Prize Conditions:
  • Must be booked by 1 October 2026;
  • Must be taken on the specified dates;
  • Subject to availability and the Promoter’s standard booking conditions;
  • If the winner cannot travel on the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited.
• 7. Exclusions:
  • International or domestic airfares;
  • Travel insurance;
  • Visas, vaccinations, or medical costs;
  • Meals or activities not specified in the itinerary;
  • Personal expenses or incidental costs.
  All additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.
• 8. Draw Details: The draw will take place at Level 2, 55 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 7 August 2026 at 10:00am AEST. The draw will be conducted electronically or manually (as applicable). This is a game of chance. The Promoter may draw reserve entries in case of invalid or unclaimed prizes.
• 9. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified in writing by email and/or phone within 7 business days of the draw.
• 10. Publication of Winner:
  • Published on the competition landing page within 14 days of the draw; and
  • May also be published via the Promoter’s social media channels and e-newsletter.
• 11. Unclaimed Prize Draw: If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification:
  • A redraw will take place at the same location on 21 August 2026 at 10:00am AEST;
  • The redraw winner will be notified within 7 business days; and
  • The redraw winner’s name will be published within 14 days of the redraw.
• 12. Prize Substitution: If the prize (or part of it) is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or lesser value, subject to regulatory approval if required.
• 13. Verification & Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• 14. Invalid Entries: Entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, or contain incorrect contact details may be deemed invalid.
• 15. Liability: Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the prize.
• 16. Force Majeure: If the promotion cannot run as planned due to events beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion, subject to regulatory requirements.
• 17. Publicity: Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice (if they are a winner) for promotional purposes without compensation.
• 18. Privacy: Personal information is collected to administer the promotion and may be used for marketing in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.
• 19. Acceptance: Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
