Depending on conditions, enjoy your first opportunity to paddle and snorkel amongst colourful coral reefs near Sebayur Island, a beautiful introduction to the marine life of the region. As the afternoon unfolds, cruise deeper into the spectacular landscapes of Komodo National Park, where rugged islands, turquoise waters and dramatic volcanic ridgelines set the scene for the adventures ahead. This evening, anchor in a sheltered bay and enjoy your first night aboard. Overnight: Jakaré

Awake amongst the dramatic island scenery of Komodo National Park and head ashore with local rangers in search of the park's most famous resident, the Komodo dragon. Along the way, keep watch for wild deer, tropical birdlife and sweeping views across this remarkable island wilderness. Back on the water, spend the day exploring by kayak, paddling through sheltered bays and along mangrove-fringed coastlines surrounded by crystal-clear seas. There will be plenty of opportunities to snorkel amongst vibrant coral reefs, where turtles, colourful reef fish and an abundance of marine life are commonly encountered. For certified divers, optional dives may be available at some of Komodo's renowned sites, offering another perspective on the extraordinary underwater world of the park. Overnight: Jakaré

An early start offers the chance to hike to one of Indonesia's most iconic viewpoints atop Padar Island. Those making the climb will be rewarded with sweeping sunrise views across a maze of rugged islands, turquoise bays and white-sand beaches that have made this corner of Komodo National Park famous. After breakfast, return to the water for a day of kayaking and snorkelling amongst some of the park's most spectacular coastal scenery. Paddle along the shores of Padar Island and Rinca Bay, where dramatic hillsides tumble into crystal-clear seas and sea turtles are often spotted surfacing nearby.
