Day 1
Arrive Nice, embark ship in the afternoon
Arrive in Nice and board La Belle des Océans in the late afternoon. Settle into your cabin before joining a welcome cocktail and meeting the crew. This evening, we depart the French Riviera and begin our overnight crossing towards Corsica.

Day 2
Ajaccio
Our first day ashore brings us to Ajaccio and the wild coastline between Capo di Feno and the Îles Sanguinaires. Today’s hike leads to the Pointe de la Parata, following coastal trails with turquoise water, open headlands and sweeping island views. A perfect introduction to Corsica’s rugged landscapes and fresh sea air. Hike: ~10 km | 3 hrs | 150–200 m ascent

Day 3
This morning we explore one of Corsica’s great natural icons: the Calanques de Piana. Hiking through sculpted red rock formations rising dramatically above the sea, the trail reveals an extraordinary coastline shaped by wind, water and time. After lunch, we return to the ship and begin cruising south towards Bonifacio. Hike: ~8 km | 2.5 hrs | 250–300 m ascent
Day 4
Bonifacio
Arrive in spectacular Bonifacio, perched high on limestone cliffs at Corsica’s southern tip. Today’s hike climbs above the harbour and follows ancient coastal paths through the nature reserve, with constant views across sheer cliffs and open sea. From the lighthouse at Cap de Pertusatu, Sardinia appears on the horizon. Hike: ~6 km | 2.5 hrs | 100 m ascent
Day 5
Porto Vecchio
Travel inland into Corsica’s mountainous heart for a hike at the legendary Col de Bavella. Set high in the Alta Rocca range, this walk winds through the Ospedale Forest beneath jagged granite spires, offering some of the island’s most breathtaking alpine scenery. An authentic Corsican snack along the way completes the experience. Hike: ~8 km | 3 hrs | 500 m ascent
Day 6
Bastia
Today’s hike explores Corsica’s bucolic north, following loop trails through chestnut groves and fragrant maquis. The route offers wide views across the Agriates region, with time to visit the Romanesque San Cesariu Chapel. This afternoon includes a visit to Murato’s striking San Michele Church and a traditional spuntinu tasting of local sausage and wine.
Day 7
L'ile Rousse
Our final hike leads into the peaceful landscapes of Bonifatu Forest, a cool, green contrast to Corsica’s coastline. Walking beneath pine and mountain vegetation, we learn about the island’s geography, wildlife and natural history. This afternoon, we cruise back across the Mediterranean towards Nice, gathering on deck for a farewell to Corsica. Hike: ~4 km | 2 hrs | 200 m ascent
Day 8
Trip concludes in Nice after breakfast
Enjoy breakfast on board this morning before disembarking at 9:00 am in Nice.
